The Presence Path is a series of classes that support reconnection with self through energetic medicines. The intention of The Presence Path classes is to explore energetic medicines, including flower essence therapy, in a safe and comfortable way, that invites healing.
Classes are held on select Monday evenings December through March at the Weald Bethel Community Center (39 Weald Bethel Lane) at Maine Seacoast Mission campus in Cherryfield, Maine. They are led by Community Herbalist, Wellness Practitioner, and Energetic Medicine Practitioner, Jennifer May.
Classes are approximately one hour in length. They include a guided meditation like process that invites us into greater introspective wisdom to open to change and new possibilities. Classes may include flower essences. Participants are asked to bring a blanket or yoga mat, as processes will take place on the floor. Chairs will be available if needed.
