When is Payment for services due and what forms of payment are accepted?
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling in order to secure your appointment. The remainder of the appointment cost is due at the time of service. Payments may also be made through an invoice, paylink, venmo, or PayPal. If you would like to make other payment arrangements, please contact Jennifer by email to sagemoonalchemy@gmail.com, BEFORE requesting an appointment time.
What is your cancellation / No Show Policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, 48 hours notice is required. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you may forfeit your initial deposit and may need to make another one in order to reschedule. In the event that you decide to cancel your appointment and give 48 hours notice, your $50 deposit is not refundable, but you will not be charged the full amount. In the event of a "no-show", no rescheduling is offered and you may be charged the full amount of the appointment cost.
Do you have a service option where you provide guidance and direction for someone with Lyme Disease.?
The best choices for someone working with Lyme and other chronic conditions, is to commit to a minimum of 6 months of working together. These appointments can be scheduled through the online booking ap, approximately 4 weeks apart. You may also consider a Partnership Payment Plan.
Do you dispense any herbal products?
No. We do not dispense any herbal products. We may make recommendations and provide sources for you to obtain them on your own.
How long will it take me to go from Illness to greater wellness?
Each individual’s experience is distinct, and their path to recovery will be similarly individualized. Typically, individuals dealing with chronic conditions will begin to to see improvements within three months and significant improvements within six months. However, it is essential to recognize that the longevity of the condition may prolong the process, as it requires navigating various layers of complexity.
Can I schedule in person Consultations or Sessions?
There are a limited number of in person appointments available each month. Please check online booking calendar for availability and to request an appointment.
