The quietest scars trace the contours of who we believe we are."

Across three sessions, this workshop builds relationship with flower essences to release subtle wounds and transform the beliefs you hold about yourself.

It is often the smallest, quietest wounds—the ones we set aside because they seemed too insignificant to matter—that shape the beliefs we carry about ourselves. Over time, those beliefs crystallize into the identities we inhabit and the personalities we present to the world.

This workshop is an invitation to work with flower essences to gently unearth and release those subtle imprints, and in doing so, to return to our truest selves—beyond the stories we have accepted, and into the fullness of who we have always been.
