Academia Schedule
Welcome to Barefoot Academia of Eclectic Alchemy.
Our monthly enrollment fee is $15, which provides access to all classes, or you may opt to purchase individual classes for $20 each. Enrolled students will receive the Zoom link one day prior to each class, while those purchasing individual classes will receive their link as a digital download upon completion of the transaction. Furthermore, all participants will receive class recordings and supplementary materials via email the day following each session. We look forward to your participation.
These Three Things

With so many things going on in the body, it is often best to support three key systems to support the body in doing what it knows how to do, which is to heal itself.
We will look at supports from the fields of herbal medicine and flower essence therapy to support the nervous system, the liver, and the lymphatic system along with lifestyle choices.
Coffee as Medicine

Did you know coffee is an herbal medicine? We sure don't treat it as such in our culture - we treat it more like a drug. Often we hear a lot about the downsides of coffee with regards to health. In this class we will explore the benefits of coffee, how to change our relationship with it and view it as medicine, and ways that we can best work with it as both an herb and as a flower essence. We will also explore a bit of the origins and history of coffee.
