Appointment requests are conducted through online booking or via email to sagemoonalchemy@gmail.com. A request does not guarantee an appointment. If accepted, you will be invoiced for a non-refundable deposit, equal to 50% of the total appointment fee. This deposit is due within 24 hours of receipt. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit has been paid. The remainder of the consultation or session fee is to be paid for at the time of the appointment.
In the event that a reschedule is needed, 48 hours notice is requested. If 48 notice is not given or in the event of a no-show, a reschedule may not be offered.
If an appointment needs to rescheduled on our end, every effort will be made to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment.
About Basic Consultations
The Basic Consultation is appropriate for individuals who are new clients (to help determine the best approach), or for those looking for guidance pertaining to herbalism or general lifestyle. This is a good choice for folks with questions seeking some direction and guidance and for people working with non-complex issues. A Basic Consultation does not include flower essence support.
The Basic Consultation includes:

An Eclectic Alchemy Consultation brings together a symphony of modalities (Herbalism, Flower Essence Therapy, and Eclectic Alchemy) in a way that best supports your needs.
The Eclectic Alchemy Consultation is appropriate for individuals who are working with complex issues, who would like to incorporate flower essence therapy into their work, and who would benefit from greater overall support. This is the best choice for folks working with conditions of a chronic nature. It is HIGHLY encouraged that if you are working through complex chronic conditions, that you commit to a minimum of 6 months of working together.

About Eclectic Alchemy Sessions
The Eclectic Alchemy Session is appropriate for individuals who are working with complex issues, who would like to incorporate flower essence therapy into their work, and who would benefit from greater overall support. This is the best choice for folks working with conditions of a chronic nature and who are committed to working on a path towards greater wellness and well being over time.
An Eclectic Alchemy Session includes a Consultation AND also includes a 20 minute session where you take a custom flower essence blend in the clinic and Jennifer conducts a session which helps to integrate the essences. You will be given a flower essence blend to continue working with at home. A session includes 60 minutes of time to consult with Jennifer and receive guidance, feedback, and answers to your questions. A PET Scan, a flower essence session, and a custom flower essence blend.

The cost for an Eclectic Alchemy Session is $240.
In Person Sessions DO NOT operate like a clinic. IF you are acutely ill, please notify us about rescheduling or shifting your appointment to a virtual one. If you arrive with symptoms of acute illness, you will be turned away and encouraged to visit your medical care provider.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellation Policy - Please Read BEFORE scheduling
A non-refundable deposit (as outlined above) is required to secure your appointment. The remainder is due at the time of the appointment. If you need to make other payment arrangements, please reach out to discuss.
There are a very limited number of in person appointments available, so you are encouraged to keep your appointment time.
If an appointment needs to be rescheduled and you give 48 hours notice, you may be offered the opportunity to reschedule one time, depending on availability. If your appointment cannot be rescheduled, or you choose to not reschedule, you will not be refunded your initial deposit.
In the event of a no-show, you may not be invited to reschedule.

Referral-Based Clientele: At this time, Jennifer only accepts in person clients through referral. This means that you must have a professional or personal connection to Jennifer or to someone in her network, or have been referred to Jennifer by a wellness or health care professional.
