Our consultation services begin with a thoughtful and in-depth conversation designed to explore your current health concerns, needs, and goals. These consultations are non-invasive, with no session work involved, allowing for a relaxed, informative exchange of ideas.

What to Expect from Your Consultation:
Scheduling
Beginning in January 2026, scheduling will take place via online booking. This allows clients to view available appointments and to better arrange them according to their schedules. Once you select an appointment time that works for you, you will pay for that appointment time and consider it secured. You will receive an email with the link to the Zoom portal which is what you will use to get into your appointment.
Please note that unless other arrangements have been made, payment is due at the time of scheduling and is non-refundable. Please view the Services FAQ for more information on scheduling, payments, and reschedules.
At the appointment time, you will meet with Jennifer for a 60-minute Zoom consultation. During this time, you’ll present your current situation, and Jennifer will ask reflective questions that dig deep, to gather more information. This conversation helps Jennifer determine the most appropriate pathway to support your wellness.
The Basic Consultation is appropriate for individuals who are new clients (to help determine the best approach), or for those looking for guidance pertaining to herbalism or general lifestyle. This is a good choice for folks with questions seeking some direction and guidance and for people working with non-complex issues. A Basic Consultation does not include flower essence support.

The Eclectic Alchemy Consultation is appropriate for individuals who are working with complex issues, who would like to incorporate flower essence therapy into their work, and who would benefit from greater overall support. This is the best choice for folks working with conditions of a chronic nature. It is HIGHLY encouraged that if you are working through complex chronic conditions, that you commit to a minimum of 6 months of working together.

Herbalism Support: If it's determined that herbalism is a supportive pathway for you, Jennifer will explore potential herbal supports tailored to your needs. She will research, provide education, share herbal options, and gather any additional information that may be required. Your report will include recommendations, guidance on sourcing herbs, and tips for incorporating them into your routine. While you’re not obligated to follow the suggestions, they serve as a helpful guide to support your decision-making.
Please note: No herbal products are dispensed.
Flower Essence Support (Eclectic Alchemy Consults only): If flower essences are identified as a beneficial support for you, Jennifer will conduct a scan of your etheric field and select the most appropriate flower essences through a divination process. She will then create a custom personal flower essence blend for you to work with on your own. Your report will contain details about your flower essence blend and the insights from your etheric field scan. The blend will be shipped to you along with instructions for use.

No Session Work Involved: Throughout the consultation, there is no "session work" involved. The focus is on providing you with the information, guidance, and resources that empower you to make informed decisions about your health and wellness journey.
