Oh the fluidity, adaptablity, and resiliance of the wonderous jellyfish!  I set out to capture that with a bit of a twist..........the JellyWish.  The twist is in the wish, or wish pocket..........a little circular pocket that hangs in the center, protected by the stinging tendrils.  This pocket is where you place your wish (along with a quartz point for clarity and amplification), which brings about focus and keeps it swirling in our vortex - and what we give attention to has a better chance of making it's way into reality, although often not in the way that we think it will - which is where the essence of the jellyfish comes in.  We must remain open to the ways in which our wish may enter into our lives and like the jellyfish, adapt and flow and ride the currents. 
 
It's a jellyfish crocheted in 100% cotton with 100% silk tendrils from recycled sari's.  It is about 8 inches in length, top to bottom tendril (12 inches from the top sting to bottom tendril), and is approximately 4 inches or so in diameter.  
 
Inspired by the fiber artist Lalylala.  Jellywish comes with a small piece of handmade paper (you can add your own too) ready to be inscribed with your wish.  It also includes a small quartz point.
