In our culture, "busy" is praised and applauded.  We rush from thing to thing to achieve, strive, and hustle & bustle.  We rarely slow down enough to be present and partake in this beautiful life that is available to us.  In this class we will explore the falsehood of busy being a commendable quality look towards how we can create a life that is focused instead on delight, joy, and pleasure.  Herbs and flower essences will be highlighted as well as patterns, rhythm, and perspective.
