An exploration in the feelings we feel. 
Bringing awareness and clarity to our emotions through guided explorations and a little bit of artistic expression.  No art skills needed.  
 
This is a class I have taught numerous times in person......and I'm going to bring it into a version that folks can participate in online.

Participants will need to download and print a document that will be sent via email before class (or have  your own paper available) and they will need to have crayons or colored markers available to work with.  
​
*This class is serving as the replacement class for "Reorienting Joy" which was scheduled in November.  All students that were enrolled at that time or anyone that purchased that class will automatically get access to this class.  Others can enroll or purchase individually if they would like to partake.
