Histamine intolerance and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome are on the rise, as is Alpha Gal Syndrome.  In this class we will explore these and how they are related to something the body perceives as a threat, that will go beyond the body and into the emotional and mental realms and even touch on some major contributing factors such as vxines.  We will explore flower essences and herbal therapies that may be of support.
