Stretch - Interlude Invitation


Give your body a good stretch. You can spend 2 minutes or longer doing this. Reach up to the sky. Reach down to the ground. Twist a bit here and there. Circle your wrists and ankles. Don't push beyond what feels good. This should be enjoyable.


Consider inviting 2 minutes of stretching into your day right when you get out of bed. It helps to get circulation flowing and has you greeting the day a bit more flexible and fluid.
