Smoke is a method of using herbal medicines that is often underutilized. I am excited to provide an introduction into this method with some supportive guidance and educational information. We will explore using herbs for wellness, mostly focusing on nervines. We will also touch on smudging, how to make your own smudges from herbs growing around you (not limited to sage!) and why it is important to use herbs other than white sage, which is over cultivated, over harvested, and becoming endangered, for smudging.
I will share some recipes for smoking blends for things like sleep, calming, dropping into the body, and dream work.
