Simple Sugar Scrub

Sugar Scrubs make wonderful indulgent gifts for others, or to enjoy yourself. They are incredibly easy to create and can be made from ingredients you probably have in your own kitchen. I like to use an herb grinder to get different textures of the sugar to get nice exfoliation, but you don't have to grind the sugars.


I always encourage people to use glass containers, however, with sugar scrubs, they are often used in the bath or shower and because of the oils, our hands can get a little bit slippery, which runs the risk of a glass jar dropping and breaking. If this is a concern, I recommend using a BPA free plastic container, which you can find at some of the resources below.
