October's Theme

The theme for October will be the vast and expansive subject of "Autumn Things"...which I love! This leaves things open for me to share on various subject matter, so expect some ramblings on grief, perhaps a tasty chai recipe, and connecting with plants such as aster, which holds the boundary around grief and that space between life and death.........and is one of the flower essences we use for hospice AND an herb used for the lungs.....which we know hold grief. And perhaps even a story or two of magic and the other side of things. Im excited for this coming month and hope you are too!
