Breathe - Interlude Invitation


Breathing happens automatically and because of that we don't pay much attention to it in our everyday lives, outside of meditation and breathing practices.


I invite you to sit for 1 minute. Take some long deep full breaths. Breathe into your belly and your back. Fill your lungs. Allow it to flow out.


Do this multiple times a day when you feel drawn to it.


*I often notice that when I pause to breathe for just a minute, how truly thirsty I am for those breathes and that pause. It feels like drinking in clear, cool, water to quench a deep thirst.
